How can we order from Ergocentrix?
Orders can be made via our website (www.ergocentrix.ph), Facebook Messenger, Shopee Mall (https://shopee.ph/ergocentrixphilippines).
For provincial areas, we recommend using Shopee Mall for the lowest shipping fee.
Can we do same day delivery?
For Metro Manila orders made from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM of the day, we can definitely assemble and ship the items within the day via lalamove!
For provincial areas or locations that are not within the delivery area of express shipping couriers, shipping time will depend on your location and the courier used. Also, the chairs will not be assembled by our staff and be packaged inside a corrugated box for the best protection.
What are the shipping options?
For orders made through our website and Facebook Messenger, we use Lalamove to send the items to your location.
Shipping fee is not included in the checkout price of the product on orders made from the website. We will send a message regarding the shipping details after an order has been made.
For Shopee Mall orders, shipping fee is already included in the checkout page of Shopee and their 3rd party couriers will be in-charge of the delivery to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Chinabank), GCash, and credit card (via PayPal).
For Shopee orders, any supported payment method by the platform is accepted.
What is the warranty period of your chairs?

What does lifetime service mean?
Even after the 3-year warranty period, we will still be able to provide service for replacements or damaged parts. Replacements after the 3 year warranty period are subject to fees and availability.
What is the shipping policy for orders?
For most of Metro Manila, same day shipping is guaranteed from orders made from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM of the day.
